Zubair Automotive Group, the flagship enterprise of the Zubair Corporation - one of Oman’s biggest and diversified business houses - commenced operations in 1973 at the outset of the Sultanate’s modern renaissance. Its humble beginnings as a small importer of cars paved the way for its eventual growth into one of Oman’s most prestigious multi-franchise automotive distributors.

Today, Zubair Automotive Group represents some of the most recognisable global automotive brands in Oman. The list includes: Mitsubishi Motors, Fuso, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Bobcat, Hi-Force, Kennedy, Graco, Ingersoll Rand, Ferrari crane, Ausa Dumpers, Case constructions, Putzmeister and Liebherr. These brands – ranging from saloon cars and 4-wheel-drive pickups to luxury SUVs and high performance sports marquees – reflect the varied tastes of Omani customers. Adding to Zubair’s extensive product portfolio is a wide choice of commercial vehicles, such as buses, trucks and transport carriers catering to every need. Construction-related vehicles and equipment, as well as an exciting range of recreational products, make up the Group’s diverse offerings.

Marketing these brands are a number of different Zubair subsidiaries, including General Automotive Company, Dhofar Automotive, International Heavy Equipment (IHE), Interparts, Sayarati – each boasting its own distinct business philosophy and customer focus. Sayarti’s Pre-owned Car Division has also already distinguished itself as an innovative player in the rapidly growing market for pre-owned and trade-in vehicles.
